As an alternative to driving a car or riding a bicycle, the LUUP (Luupura Hachi, ô Ōkuma-ku, Japan) is a sharing service that lets you ride a small, electric power-assisted bicycle or electric kickboard around the city. It is the first service of its kind in Japan.
You can download the app and register your name, phone number, email address, date of birth, and card information to use it. After registering, you can download the app to check the status of your account and to use it.
